A: An assigned leader monitors the whole progress and asking for tips (gratuity) is strictly prohibited.

Q: Any extra payment in need to pay out of quotation?

A: We are honest and reliable, unless customers failed to report in such. In situations such as staircase and good alley will cost extra according to the quotation tabulation charge.

Q: Furniture and clothes closet dismantle and re-install included or ex-cluded?

A: Furniture and clothes closet dismantle and re-install was included in our service charge.

Q: How to Manage for Audio & video equipment (e.g. LCD TV)?

A:All of the audio & video equipment must connecting and communicate by skillful & experience technician, includes disconnect and packing.

Q: All of the furniture,house hold and other accessories will be pack carefully?

A: All of the furniture,house hold and other accessories will be pack by professional & skillful technician. Our staff will be check carefully and then transportation, careful will be our spirit.

•  Parking location over 40 meters with lift lobby

Furniture disposal

Legitimate sites, such as on-site without proper disposal, will be delivered to the government-approved landfilling or a assignated location! Will be charge HKD 100.00/each.

Disclaimer

In the event of accidents, including staff negligence, leading to the client belongings, furniture, flooring, or fitting damaged, Our Company's maximum liability for the damaged items cost 10 percent and not more than HKD $ 300.00

Additional moving

• distance of podium/ from car park to new address/ elevator interchange 15% up
• Car park fee which will be claimed in actual basis.

• Please empty all articles before moving or double price would be charged for each furniture.
• Please purchase home assurance by customer yourself before removal.
• Any article damage made from our company during removal , the maximum claim for customer will be 10% of total removal charges.
• Customer needs to bear all car park and tunnel fee in actual basis.
