Before One Month

•  Pre appointment arrangement for online service, telephone, pay TV service and so on.

Before Two week

•  Please make sure you got adequacy of packaging materials and ensure you have sufficient time for packing, please feel free to contact us if you need any help.
•  For identifiy, you can write the remarks outside the box.
•  Please below 30lbs /each boxes.
•  If you have any fragile item, please MARK “CARE HANDLE：FRAGILE” outside the box.
•  We can supply skillful technician to DIY and Build-in furniture and clothes closet, as per service price lists.
•  If you need any professional advise for removing the lights or electric appliances.
•  Water supply, electricity supply and town gas supply meter will be check and mark for reference.
•  Dismantle all of wall hanging and decoration etc. clock, fan, picture.
•  Please Minus and clear out all the stuff from the refrigerator before transportation.
•  Please arrange lift service and car parking with property management.
•  Please arrange your family member to the safety place.

Transportation Day

•  Remove all the hookup and power cords for television, sterio, CD player, internet etc. We suggest our client to take note or simply take photo to record how to reconnect all the electric appliances. For example, if you need to remove the TV antenna, please take it down before loading to the truck.
•  If you need any professional advise for removing the lights or electric appliances, please call to make appointment by yourself or simply call us for the service.
•  For the food and drinks (ex, bottle), please make sure they are firmly closed and sealed. And please clear out all the stuff from the refrigerator.
•  Please prepare all the plants you need, and ready for transport.
•  For the client who has pet, (ex, cat, dog, fish or bird), please prepare the animal’s bag, cage or the fish bowl to transport. Don’t fed the pet 12 hours before the transpotation, to avoid the pets discomfort. Please clear out all the sand, decoration, water from the fish bowl.
•  Please count the number of boxes once again before leaving the old home.
•  For the goods which is fragile or need to handle with special care, please inform our staff before the transpotation.
•  Please make sure to bring all the Cash, valuables belongings, identificaton documents etc, along with you. Prearrange someone in the new place to wait for our staff to arrive, and give them advise to move your furnitures to the exact place you desire.
•  Please count the number of boxes and check all the fragile goods before our staff leave the house.
